Now that you’re engaged, it’s time to start the planning! A daunting task to be sure, so it’s best to consult the experts. If you have no clue at all where to start or you have a jumble of ideas and need some help getting going, hiring a wedding planner is the best way to go.

Many planners today offer a variety of packages starting with Hourly Consultation to Partial & Full Wedding Planning to the Wedding Day Coordination (please don’t make your family do these tasks – let them enjoy the day!)

A consultation with a wedding planner can save you a world of headaches and lots of money by giving you a complete list & timeline of what you need to have reserved and organized by the wedding day as well as things to watch out for when signing contracts with vendors.

It’s never too early to start planning and taking care of those major things first…deciding on your overall style, setting a budget, and lining up the wedding venue/officiant, the reception venue, photographer and other significant vendors.
